Because there have probably been studies on Vit D, etc.... it's only when they start talking treatment that I really pay attention. Even then, I rarely understand it.

I myself always take extra Vit D.
And yes, it goes up and down, often with stress levels.
I take Vit D supplements as well. I do try to get outside more and it just makes sense that people naturally get out more in warmer weather.
