Not me, I tried them once on doctors advice for cholesterol but in the end forgot to take them as I was working on our other house. Went to see the doctor around 1 year later and he was pleased to see my cholesterol was down, I said that's good because I haven't been taking them. He said that's even better as it must have gone down on it's own. Big Grin
