After 40 years it's gone!

Celia, I wonder if you've ever had testing for Inflammatory Bowel Disease while seeking help with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.  I've had IBD (Crohn's Disease) since 1986.  I cannot tolerate much fiber these past few years and rely on meat and fish, too, for nutrition. Sometimes one autoimmune disease leads to another or it's coincidental.  But people sometimes get more than one at the same time.

Absolutely! I'm convinced our bodies are telling us something when we have more than one "auto-immune disorder".
Fiber was trying to kill me, it was awful. Leafy greens were not good, even well cooked.
I have theories, but I'm not an expert.
