And it’s back, like clockwork.. funny thing is, it’s not even cold out. But it’s up my left nostril and my nose is peeling generally. I will mention it when I see the derm. Again. She will have nothing to say or offer - that’s my bet anyway.

No it doesn't sound good or even the chance of romance, but just explain it's the new fetish going around and most men will fall for that.

It is a good idea to try, one nostril at a time.  As for how it looks, just go for an alter-ego, like character Mandy, while having the cotton up one side.
