Good Morning
Jag 41 done, couple of weeks ago. 9 years on Stelera.
Still working its magic and very little psoriasis to speak about.
Little bit in ears, couple bits on elbow and knee but doing a great job.
My hospital visits are now once a year with a Pharmacist reviewing me
and once a year to see a skin specialist nurse who checks over my skin
for anything that shouldn’t be there. Due to having well over the
recommended dose of UVA & UVB for a lifetime. I get my bloods done
twice a year at my request as they had thought once a year was fine.
I would rather keep a closer eye than that.
I go on holiday today and will have time to catchup on here.
