Baking soda for psoriasis

For the ladies out there....I mix coconut oil and baking soda together to shave my legs...it has completely smoothed out the bumps and cleare my legs up. Didn't know others used baking soda too!

As you see I'm not a lady but we do have a lot of lady members and I'm sure advice like that will be gladly received .....
Can I say it's nice to have you here on the forum, it's full of useful advice from members, I hope you enjoy your time with us. We are a small but very friendly bunch of psoriasis sufferers from around the world who are pleased to share our experiences, good and bad, and we all support each other on this great platform, which is quite extraordinary in that Fred that owns it won't accept donations, won't allow spammers or any form of internet nasties, and will not allow advertising.
