Nice to see you back again.

Good that you cope with your psoriasis.
Hope that Skilarence will work for you. Remember it is a slow burner. If nothing happens in two weeks, that is normal. It takes at least 6 weeks to do something and be loaded up to a working level of pills. If it works then in the long run it can get gradually more effective.
Your lymphocytes should go down a little bit, not too much so be alert, and you should have the redness moments about once a day. If not, then it probably will not work.
Anyway good luck and indeed after that, there are always the biologics.
