I'm a bit confused on that as well.
Me too, some say it's genetic, some say it's stress, some say it's your gut going wonky, the truth is (as far as I see it) no one really knows.
Well…. We know that there are quite some genes involved.
We also know that there are a lot of triggers, like stress, trauma, medications, etc.etc… both can go together but like Fred I do believe that anyone… can get psoriasis. It’s not only the genes to my idea, the chronic element is deep in our system as once tilted it keeps on going, the genes can make us more vulnerable and “maybe” breastfeeding can make us somewhat less vulnerable, but I don’t have an idea how much less.
