Sounds difficult to deal with.
I know when I put moisturizer on my legs and then they were wrapped I thought it would be uncomfortable because having the lotion on and then wrapping at first felt itchy, but then it was fine and when I removed the wrap the lotion had been absorbed. It wasn't for psoriasis and I didn't have psoriasis on my legs at that time so no clue how lotion combined with socks would feel with psoriasis and already itching.
I do remember trying bamboo socks and they were quite soft and comfortable. They also didn't bind like some socks do at the top.
I know this isn't really a lot of help with what you are dealing with. Psoriasis is bad enough but adding neuropathy to it is no picnic.
