I don't have psoriasis on my feet, but I have been told I have psoriatic arthritis as do others here. In some readings I've ran across it mentions skin psoriasis on the feet as well. Some suggestions were to wear 100% cotton socks, some were to moisturize before putting on socks (which I have done this for my legs for another condition) and some mention that compression socks can help as well, but I wouldn't wear those since you have other conditions unless a doctor approved. Socks can help keep the shoes from rubbing against the skin.
