Yep and that is why psoriasis is so difficult to treat, I've been great on one treatment and then it will fail or even end up putting me in hospital. Some do well for a very long time, some fail from day one there still is no one suit fits all and i doubt there ever will be.
I also doubt there will be one overall solution. But that is more because the pharma keeps on going in the direction of suppression and inhibition of parts of the immune system.
There is very little research towards the real cause of Psoriasis. If we knew the real cause, one could try to find something that would reduce the influence of that cause.
But I fear that is far in the future, if it ever comes sofar.
