I don't recall you mentioning it before TL and couldn't find a thread under your username with the title "nose" but no big deal as we can't remember every thread we start, and you are all welcome to start as many threads as you wish. If there was one the same I can always merge them if needed.
Re you question, I don't recall having psoriasis up in the nose as such but I think I once had it just inside the nostril and as you say you don't want to use steroid near the mucous membranes but I did use some diprosone and it helped *But you really shouldn't try that.
If it's well up the nose then no you shouldn't use anything other than a moisturiser without consulting your dermatologist.
Are you sure it is psoriasis ? I ask because I used to get cold sores up my nose which I thought was psoriasis, horrible things, but if you've never had cold sores I doubt it would be that.
My tries would be
#1 Coconut oil
#2 Vaseline
#3 Cold cream
Another thing you could try is a nasal douche.
