I don't have PsA, but I do have osteoarthritis in my knees. I've had physical therapy (a few times) but most of those exercises are low key and won't help with weight loss. What I found best was the exercise bike. Because you are sitting, you are not putting weight on your joints but you can increase the speed and resistance as you go along to help burn calories.
Also a gym is a great place to start but make sure they know your limitations and look around to find a place you are comfortable at and that they are willing to design a fitness program to suit your needs.
