I had hip replaced and I had nasty sore joints from blood infections as well and making crystals in my joints. I got it sorted.
I walked in the water a lot .and it helped... and bundled up and did low weights and recumbent bike.... I got to a beach this summer and no one stared at me.. it was great.my skin is getting into a good place...... I would like a home pool that has a equipment in it for home an that insurance pays for! So I don't get too fobbed off during the winter..

Good advice for exercise walking in a pool, but first you have to uncover which I used to find difficult.
