Weeping psoriasis

Sometimes the patches on my leg will do this.  It doesn't seem to last long for me, though, as it eventually dries out.  My dermatologist told me that there are patches on my scalp that are likely due to secretions from a gland.  I wonder if it's the same sort of thing as the possible sebum fluid of the patches on your hand.

Yes I'm starting to remember the good old days of psoriasis  I had forgotten it could weep, I've tried leaving it dry today with nothing to see what happens.

What happened?
