Thanks for reading my story and post.
I am thinking of starting going to yoga classes as i've heard that is thoroughly relaxing and helps to control my stress. As i read in other threads it is a bit of a cycle, the psoriasis gets you down and you have to stay positive.
Other than the physical appearance does psoriasis cause depression chemically? I'm feeling alright today and genrally am usually in a good mood but sometimes can feel anxious for absolutely no friggin reason and it does concern me a little...?
From what i've read humans have had this disease thousands of years and uponing inheriting it i'm somewhat surprised so little is understood about it!
