Yeah, I've been managing with OTC creams and Coconut oil. It all helps but I can't get past where I am right now and I'd really like to be a little less itchy. I figure less is best so I'll give it a try. Although I'll bet the rheumatologist wants me to do a biologic. We'll see.

It makes sense to first try something that might work and is not so heavy as a biologic.
