Of more annoyance to me is the variable itch of my scalp and around an eye post shingles a few years ago. For this I have been giving myself b1/b12 injections, but the benefit is small and requires daily injections over several days.

I hope everyone at pc is well. It gets very hot in Brisbane at this time of year.

I recognise that itch on the scalp as a result of shingles. I use Vit B complex and I got recommended form a doctor to use R-alfalipon acid, as this helps in repairing the nerves. Don’t know if it really works but very very slowly my problems due to the shingles are diminishing.
