Spevigo (spesolimab) Is given by infusion in the vein by a professional and takes around 90 minutes. Usually given only once but an additional doseĀ may be needed after 1 week.
Patients should be checked for tuberculosis (TB) before taking Spevigo.

- If you have an infection that keeps returning or does not go away.
- Recently received or are scheduled to receive a vaccine. *You should not receive live vaccines after treatment with Spevigo.

- muscle aches
- cough
- shortness of breath
- blood in your phlegm (mucus)
- burning when you urinate
- urinating more often than normal
