yes, it should be a fluid.
According to my doc, it is so that if they take a bit of that fluid out, and put it under the microscope, then they will see pyrovate Crystals, who are a sure proof that you have Psoriatic Arthritis.
I don't need proof .............................. I know.
Why then the scans, x-rays and echograph?
For the people who are not so knowledged, even for a lot of doctors, it might be a very good procedure to have proof of Psoriatic Arthritis and to be sure it is not Rheumatic Arthritis, as otherwise the treatment might be wrong.
