The pigmentation can take a while to change, I still have two parts on my shins that have never recovered. As for the scars fading I don't think Stelara would make them worse, so yes it must be old age.
Seven year! where has the time gone. I lasted just over 6 with it but changed in the end as it wasn't helping the psoriatic arthritis any more, but I still think it's one of the best bio's. Long may it continue to work for you.
Re bloods, I no longer have regular blood tests. My dermatologist said they were not necessary unless I have a problem, plus my GP likes to do a full blood test if I haven't seen her for a year the next time I go in.
