My Journey to halt/end my psoriasis

Well, 1 month on Skyrizi and I am seeing results. It's just not as dramatic as I had hoped. I have a huge reduction in scaling, but some still remains. Arms, chest, face and head are the worst of it. Some of the most troublesome spots, historically have either diminished or disappeared, but redness and some scaling still remains. Perhaps this second dose on the 10th will make a huge difference. Perhaps I may have to have injections every two months instead of every 3? Who knows?? Time will tell. But I do know one thing, I have to reduce my gluten as I have let it seep back into my life. Hamburger buns, hotdog buns, toast in the morning are the huge offenders, but those can be dealt with easy enough... if I can afford it now. *sigh* Gas has just jumped up 10 cents a liter to $1.80. Last September we were paying $1.09. Seriously considering buying an electric bike for the summer. It may be $900 but it should pay for itself inside of 3 months and then start saving me money for the summer and fall at least.
