There is no way I will be taking Methotrexate no matter what she says, if she can't remove the fluid or inject something in it then I will just have to put up with it.
As for seeing another rheumatologist, I could but I would have to go to a different hospital a lot further away and my dermatologists thoughts are that they would be the same.
No I won't be having it pierced though it could be a good conversation piece. "Do you want to see my pierced nipple"
Don't know how long it will take for the rheumatology appointment, but I will go and be polite and let her do the talking. She did once remove fluid from my knee and inject some stuff which worked very well, and my dermatologist has made a note to her saying I'm only interested in getting the ankle treated as I'm pleased with the psoriatic arthritis.
