I have a couple of patches in my scalp at the moment and some of that may well help

My opinion is that it doesn't help with the psoriasis itself, but it helped with living with it type thing. I'm learning a lot here and I agree that topicals do not help with the underlying problem of psoriasis. But if it offers some relief, even if temporary, it's worth trying imo.
