Need PsA and Ps help

I'm trying to remain open minded. Let's say you get a new furnace and you get 2 colds and more headaches than usual,  human nature is the blame the new furnace, even though most likely it's just a coincidence! 

My problem is I have like a million new issues so it's hard to pick what is Ps related or what is potentially psychosomatic or just normal aches and pains. I'm 41yo, not 14, I'm not a spring chicken anymore lol

I totally understand and can relate to having a million issues and trying to figure out what is related to what! At 41.... you're still young, isn't 40's the new 30's?? I remember however telling my doctor back when I was in my 40's that I was tired of feeling like I was in my 60's So I get that as well.
