Makes very much sense to schedule an appointment with you own doctor, just to check.
Almost certain your ribs are bruised, and you may have some other bruises too.

Luckily the body normally heals itself, only that costs time and pain.

These are my tiles, I tried to make a picture of them. You can see the little bumps on the tiles.
