I've tried cutting back, adding healthy, removing unhealthy, etc and still working on it as far as diet goes.
But for me, I've never noticed any increase/decrease in my psoriasis during any of the times I've made changes. I do believe diet can help but I'm not certain how much impact it has on psoriasis, at least I haven't noticed any difference based on foods. Since some people have said they have had some success with diet and psoriasis I will say that we're all different and the things work for one person don't necessarily work for others. But, it also could be that I just haven't found the right food combinations that work for me either since I'm still trying to get liver, blood sugar, inflammation and weight under control.
