In answer to your questions
#1 In this case I doubt it the shareholders of these companies are going to be looking for a return. They are likely to pick the plums move the research and development department to their facilityd. Then possibly asset strip the rest.... That's been my experience in the past
#2 possibly but who can tell what their plans are, all we know is what they tell us
#3 this is always possible as the current research may well be pulled again there is no way of knowing, they will keep it if it's profitable, we must remain optimistic.
