Dermaved cream stop using it immediately

These are terrible scams calling them sensitive skin creams, they are deliberately misleading sufferers and don't care about the consequences, I hope they are able to manage to stop the sales of this one although I'm sure it will pop up again under a different name

Yes unfortunately there are a lo of people out there ready to take your money with so called cures or natural treatments, they do not care if they cause you more damage (they probably don't even care if you die) it's just money to them.
