Inverse psoriasis keep area dry or moist ?

I have found with the inverse psoriasis I have on my chest that keeping it dry is the best thing. While the psoriasis on other parts of my body responded well to the topical ointments, the inverse psoriasis would get worse with them. I found the best thing to do is just keep it dry with baby powder.
