Ahhh cetaphil ingredients
Cetaphil cleanser contains water, cetyl alcohol, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearyl alcohol, methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben

The not so good things are the 3 parabens which I have always tried to avoid
