Seen from the overall reactions on this forum, phototherapy had its advantages, but cannot be used indefinite. The reaction of your skin is to make more vitamin D, which is very good against psoriasis. Unfortunately in the end most people stop with it, and go to other treatments.

Personally I think, but that is an opinion, that phototherapy can be an addition to other treatments.
