Over the years I have had numerous treatments of photo therapy and most of them have worked but only in the short term (less than 6 months) over the years the effectiveness of photo therapy has grown less and less currently I am 5 months into a treatment of PUVA 5- Methoxypsoralen (7 tabs each day of treatment ) and Photo therapy ( 16 mins ) ( even now I believe i have a Psoriasis score of 38, have appt with the consultant this week will be discussing alternatives )
