Psoriasis from grandmother to granddaughter

Hi Nishan and to the forum, I don't know of any test that will determine whether it will be active in your daughter..
What I can tell you is my experience, I was one of four children, and I was the only one that developed psoriasis in a big way, my sisters all avoided it although my eldest sister did get a few plaques on her elbow later in life
My parents never showed any signs of it, I don't know about my grandparents though.....

I have two daughters neither of them have exhibited any psoriasis yet they are both in their early forties
I have four grandchildren that have not got it ( as yet) they are age 12 downwards

I wouldn't worry about your daughter having it, just give her a loving , happy stress free upbringing , and enjoy her....
If later it develops I would deal with it then, it could be years in the future yet if it happens at all

There are so many advances in the treatment of psoriasis now that the chances are if it does develop there will be an effective drug to control it.

Sorry I can't be of more help but I think you should put these worries out of your head and assume she won't develop it.
