Caroline...EMDR isn't available.locally as I live in a smaller centre. With my pinched nerve yoga isn't an option. Meditation is being used right now with limited success. Shock therapy, as in putting my head into an ice cold environment, is helping.
Why can't a gp just give an interim treatment? Other than dovobet or duobrii? |
