Dovobet is not a long term treatment and I'm guessing you have not seen a dermatologist, you can read more about Dovobet here: Dovobet And Dovonex (What's the difference ?)
As croline said we do have other Canadian members and I can't comment on your countries protocol for treating psoriasis, but my knowledge is that it is similar to most countries. Creams, Light, Oral and Bio.
If you are not seeing a dermatologist, I suggest you ask your doctor to refer you to one as soon as possible as your profile says you were diagnosed in in 2014. That is far to long to still be on Dovobet and things have moved on a lot in the past few years.
