I think it means that dermatologists aren't convinced about DMF ( fumaderm) so they would rather prescribe biologicals, even though there are more risks involved.
The MAB drugs are the monoclonal antibodies drugs like the one you will be on they all end with MAB
But if fumaderm isn't working for you your dermatologist has to try something else. That is the way I see things and humira could well be the drug to bring your misery to a close.

when are you due to start the humira ?
Oh Tanlou I remember the desperate feelings of wanting to be normal, just hang in there a bit longer, because there is a drug out there that will work on you,

I am sorry that the side effects on fumaderm were to bad for you
