Welcome Jagendog!
I see that under treatments you say you haven't found one that works for you. It can take time to find something, and sometimes things work for awhile and then stop working so it's always a process.
I do not have inverse psoriasis so do not have any personal experience to share. I do have scalp psoriasis and it's hard to get clear (or at least has been for me!)
What have you tried? There are some topical solutions that help, I know that Taclonex (Enstilar) helps me some, but I use it rarely as I've read that too much steroid treatments thin the skin, plus it's prescription only (in the US anyway). Virgin Coconut oil helps to moisturize and is soothing. I know inverse is a bit different as in some areas you can get moisture built up. So I would definitely dry any area before applying anything to it and I personally would check with my doctor to see what they recommend.
Hope you get relief soon!
