Psoriatic Arthritis Score: Off the chart!
Treatment: Simponi + hydroxychloroquine + MTX

Prescription creams (dovobet and others I don't remember including one for the scalp which made my hair extremely greasy so that didn't last)

Shampoos

Oral: MTX, leflunomide and azathioprine (this one was prescribed due to lupus after 2018 episode but is also used for psoriasis and PSA)

Biologics: humira, stelara, Cosentyx and now on Simponi
