Nope not in my opinion. MTX is a down right nasty drug and should never be used for anything other than helping with Cancer! that's what it was designed for and that's the way it should stay. There are many more things these days to help with Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. After all it was first discovered to be effective in clearing psoriasis in the 1950s
