The post is intended to give people the basic information, I got the information from various sources and put it together to try and give people a simple piece of information. 
#1 The part about Pregnancy, is there because Methotrexate has been reported for being used to induce medical abortions. also the information on the drug states it should not be used by people in or trying for pregnancy, or breast feeding.
#2 The part about "prescribed by your dermatologist or arthritis consultant" is there because the drug is a prescription only treatment and should never be used without medical advice.
#3 I did state in the post:
I too have tried Methotrexate and would never use it again, and personally would never recommend it's use for psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis! but I try to give people easy to find information and that is why I made the thread.
I will put a link in the thread to this one as I feel it's good to get other peoples opinions.
