Lot's of lovely enjoyable fruits (and veg) out there for everyone to enjoy, as for fruit or any "Natural Cures" as you put it, No there is no natural cure!
Yes I agree eating some things can help and others can probably make it worse, but "A Cure" Nah just enjoy eating and drinking whatever you like as it helps make life more bearable than sticking to any specific thing and the worry of what you can and cant eat/drink. If it feels good and you believe in it then the placebo affect will kick in for a while, but long term I doubt it.
I once read years ago that rubbing pineapple skin on psoriasis will get rid of it, it was fun trying and did seem to work for a while until the real life kicked back in and I realised it was rubbish and expensive buying all those pineapples.
One should not consume nightshades according to those that believe, and I have spoken to people that say it works, but when you find out they still smoke tobacco and tell them it is a nightshade they disbelieve you.
Give me something like Stelara I can take with a small injection once every two months, or something like Fumaderm in a little pill to enjoy my life without worrying about what I'm eating or drinking everyday to get my life back.
If the natural approach was that good and simple we wouldn't have psoriasis or other autoimmune disorders and we wouldn't be here talking about it.
You asked for opinions.
Fred goes off to find more Wine and a nice big fat Pork Pie.
