Do you mean that because you use dmf in a direct way it is more efficient then when you would use it slow release?
The whole idea of Psorinovo being slow release is that it is still efficient because it uses the pure DMF, unlike Fumaderm with additives, but on the other hand reduces the side effects because of the slow release.

P.s. I have heard from a farmaceut that tecfidera was not slow release but your information is that it apparently is.
