I was told to only have one a week. I was told it could be a trigger for me. All nightshades were off the diet i.e. potatoes, tomatoes, egg plant and zucchini. I assumed kiwi fruit was the same. I must admit I found the limited fruits a trial and frustrating. I keep to lots of greens as it is a healthy option whether it helps my psoriasis or not. I have found the dieting advice a bit confusing. If it works for you that is great.
