I really think you should find a dermatologist that specializes in psoriasis. I'm not sure what risk systemic treatment poses (not a doctor) for your cancer. I'm sure that a psoriasis specialist may be better suited to handle your case.
And i think that additionally even a reumatologist or your own doctor that treated you for your cancer could be involved. This because psoriasis is an immune disease. Therefore your approach attacking it by means of your food is quite a good way as you are removing elements that trigger your immune system.
The team approach is probably the best way. However, it not utilized much here (various reasons). You have to spend time finding the doctors willing to do so.
