I'm not going to lie...it's a daily struggle not eating sugar, dairy, gluten or alcohol. This has been my diet for my entire life and I'm nearly 51. Why should 12 weeks without be so hard? Every day I want pasta, bread, a glass of wine or two after work. EVERY DAY.
some days I give in. Most days i don't and I have seen improvement. |
