rash while doing clean gut - read me please!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I spoke w my Dr about the rash. He said it is from Vitamin B and it's called a niacin flush. A common reaction to large doses of Vitamin B. He suggested I stop taking the B complex and keep on with the other supplements and the diet in general.

Well there's light at the end of the tunnel, great news at least you know what's caused it
