Beginning to understand a little bit after reading more.
Your gut that are your intestines, right?
Very true that food, your digestive system, is very important in the case of psoriasis. From where I come, a doctor that is already working with psoriasis for 25 years has at least found out that psoriasis is caused by a de functioning of the energy cycle of your cells. I have written something about in a writing of myself on the forum over here.
So in that sense it certainly fits that influencing you food can be a way to solve your psoriasis.
There is another guy, someone called Charles, who succeeded in controlling his psoriasis by means of food. His approach is to my idea quite extreme.
