Neglected to mention that all fruit except for blackberry and raspberry and nana in AM shake are omitted for first 12 weeks as they are very high on the glycemic index
I don't miss the alcohol or the caffeine. I don't miss anything actually. I have no cravings either. Not to say that I won't - but I'm focused and determined to give this my best to see if it helps. It certainly can't hurt. I am not cool with having to take drugs for the rest of my life if I don't have to. Your gut is your second brain. Immune system is directly affected by your gut.
