Hi kh924,
My take on it is that the more out of control your psoriasis becomes, the more you are likely to get adverse reactions from foods. As examples I have had episodes of arthritis triggered by milk, skim milk powder (severe), and processed bread. While I still avoid these foods, I have noted that other foods which can act as triggers (like chocolate) have a much smaller effect now that the disease is abating. I will try some skim milk powder to test this idea if I can get rid of the last of my plaques, but at present I am not all that game to experience another polyarthropathy.
While I wish you every success with your efforts, for myself I view such measures as secondary to systemic therapies in moderate to severe cases of psoriasis.
Cheers,
Bill
